Current status
The company’s current pharmaceutical status is set out in Regulatory information.
A website record, packaging image or third-party statement does not establish that an item has been authorised, manufactured or released by the company.
Images and authentication
Packaging images cannot verify the composition, batch history, expiry, storage conditions or lawful source of a physical item.
A matching name, barcode, QR code, serial number or visual appearance is not proof of authenticity. This website provides no automated product-authentication service.
Reporting a concern
Email [email protected] with the subject “Suspected falsification”, or use the Safety / product quality subject on the Contact page.
Useful information includes:
- the name and presentation shown on the item;
- batch or lot details and expiry information, if present;
- the nature of the concern;
- where and when the item was obtained or offered;
- a link to the relevant advertisement or seller;
- contact details for clarification.
Photographs can be sent by email where useful. Conceal unnecessary personal, payment and patient information.
Preserving information
Keep relevant packaging and correspondence where it is safe and lawful to do so. Do not send a physical sample, medicine or used needle to the registered office without an agreed lawful arrangement.
A healthcare or supply-chain professional should follow the applicable procedures for separating suspect stock and preventing further distribution.
If a patient is concerned about a medicine already being used, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay urgent care or make an unsupported change to treatment based on a website comparison.
Sellers and official communications
Appointment or authorisation of a seller, marketplace, social account or messaging contact requires evidence separate from its use of the company’s name.
The official Facebook route is identified in External links. The company’s public email remains the route for identity-related enquiries.
Authorities and follow-up
A report may also be made directly to a competent health, consumer-protection or law-enforcement authority. Reporting to the company does not replace a legal reporting duty.
A product’s composition requires evidence beyond photographs. Any disclosure or follow-up must respect applicable law and the Privacy notice.
