Expected conduct
Dealings involving the company must be lawful and accurately represented. No person should offer, request or accept an improper advantage to influence a business or regulatory decision.
Documents, qualifications, permissions and product status must not be falsified or misrepresented. A personal or financial interest that could improperly influence a proposed dealing should be disclosed to the parties responsible for that dealing.
The company’s name must not be used to imply an appointment, regulatory approval or authority that does not exist.
Matters to report
Concerns may include suspected bribery, falsified documentation, misleading regulatory claims, undisclosed conflicts, impersonation or misuse of the company’s identity.
A report may describe a reasonable suspicion. Proof is not required before raising a concern, but observations should be distinguished from assumptions. Deliberately false information should not be submitted.
Reporting route
Email [email protected] with the subject “Business conduct”. The Legal / corporate information subject on the Contact page is also suitable.
This is a shared company mailbox, not an independent reporting service.
Written concerns may be sent to the company at Shop No. 2F-60, Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone, Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia.
Information and confidentiality
Identify the conduct, relevant dates, organisation or transaction and any supporting reference. Send only information you are entitled to disclose. Do not obtain evidence through unlawful access or send unnecessary personal information.
Confidentiality and anonymity cannot be guaranteed through the public mailbox or website form. The form requires contact details and generates technical records. A postal report can omit a return address, but this may limit clarification.
Where a concern involves people who may read the mailbox, consider reporting directly to a competent authority or obtaining independent advice.
Rights and follow-up
Retaliation for raising a good-faith concern is unacceptable. This statement does not promise a particular investigation procedure, employment remedy or independent whistleblowing mechanism.
Applicable reporting protections and direct access to authorities remain unaffected. A company report is not a prerequisite to using a lawful external route.
Additional information may be requested. Confidentiality, privacy and the rights of other people can limit what may be disclosed about a report.
Other reporting subjects
Use Adverse-event reporting for medical occurrences, Product-quality concerns for defects or recalls, and Website security for vulnerabilities.
Changes
Personal information is handled under the Privacy notice. This conduct notice may be revised from its stated effective date.
