Scope
In these terms, “website” means galvanta.com and “company” means the operator identified above. “Content” includes website text, images, product identity records and downloadable material.
Use the website lawfully and consistently with these terms. Mandatory rights and duties remain applicable whether or not particular website terms form an enforceable agreement with a visitor.
The Legal notice provides the company’s registered office and policy directory.
Corporate information and regulated activities
Website content is general corporate information. It is not a contractual specification, tender response, quotation or acceptance of an order.
The company holds no pharmaceutical manufacturing licence, GMP certificate, product registration or marketing authorisation. Statements of purpose, technical enquiry subjects and product identities do not establish permission to carry out regulated work.
No purchase, supply, agency, distribution or partnership agreement arises merely from browsing the website or submitting an enquiry. Any proposed arrangement requires agreement by authorised representatives and the permissions applicable to the activity and jurisdiction.
Medicine information
Product identity fields identify a substance, strength, form or presentation and pack. They are not approved prescribing information, a patient leaflet or a recommendation to use a medicine.
Do not use a listed strength or total pack content to determine a dose, administration method, treatment schedule or substitution. The website does not provide diagnosis, prescribing, treatment or emergency care.
For urgent medical concerns, seek emergency medical care or consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not wait for a company reply.
Information submitted
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to disclose. Reports of suspected problems may be made without proving that a medicine caused an event or that wrongdoing occurred.
Do not send passwords, payment details, unnecessary identity documents, complete patient records, confidential formulations or protected third-party material through an initial enquiry.
An unsolicited commercial submission does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement. This does not remove duties arising under privacy law, another applicable law or an existing agreement. Arrange an appropriate channel before sending sensitive material.
The Privacy notice describes processing and retention. A form acknowledgement is not consent to unrelated marketing or a waiver of privacy rights.
Safety and quality reports
Use the Adverse-event reporting guidance for suspected unwanted effects and the Product-quality notice for defects or recall correspondence.
Reports reach the same public mailbox as other enquiries. Website submission does not replace medical care, reporting directly to a competent authority or a statutory reporting obligation.
Permitted use and protected material
You may read the website, link to it and make reasonable reference copies for lawful personal, professional or institutional purposes, subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
Do not use content to misrepresent product approval, manufacturing status, an appointment, affiliation or permission to use the company’s name. Do not interfere with systems, evade access controls, impersonate another person or submit malicious material.
The Acceptable use and Intellectual property notices provide further details.
External services
The website links to the company’s official Facebook page and may identify external resources. Third-party platforms control their own technical services, terms and processing.
Regulatory approval and commercial relationships require evidence separate from a website link. The company remains responsible for its own statements to the extent required by law.
Accuracy, availability and responsibility
Information may be corrected, replaced or withdrawn. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, security measures or technical failure. No promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular transaction is made.
To the extent permitted by law, the company does not assume responsibility for losses caused solely by use of general website information for a purpose it does not support, or by independent third-party services outside its control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses misleading statements, or restricts a mandatory remedy. These terms do not alter obligations arising from an actual regulated activity or a separate agreement.
Applicable law and disputes
Cambodian law governs these terms and, to the extent legally effective, related non-contractual matters. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Cambodia may determine disputes.
This provision is not intended to exclude another court’s mandatory jurisdiction or any non-waivable protection available under applicable law.
Changes and contact
Revisions apply from their stated effective date and do not retrospectively remove accrued mandatory rights.
Send questions, complaints or legal notices to [email protected], or to the company at Shop No. 2F-60, Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone, Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia. Follow any statutory or agreed service requirements applicable to the notice.
