Business enquiries
GALVANTA COMPANY LIMITED receives corporate enquiries concerning proposed pharmaceutical activities, documentation, suppliers and business relationships.
Identify the organisation, purpose of the enquiry and relevant jurisdiction. An enquiry does not establish that regulated work can be performed or that a product can be supplied.

Regulatory position
The company’s current pharmaceutical status is set out in Regulatory information.
Any proposed regulated activity requires the applicable permissions, an evidenced scope and agreement by authorised representatives. Company registration does not replace those requirements.
Procurement and sourcing
State your organisation, country, role, subject of interest and the documents required.
Registered status, stock, pricing and any supply commitment require evidence separate from product identity records. A request for information must be distinguished from an order or agreed specification.
Distribution
Identify the legal entity, proposed territory, intended activity and relevant pharmaceutical permissions.
The responsibilities of the company and any proposed counterparty must be established for the actual transaction. A website enquiry does not appoint a distributor or transfer all regulatory responsibility to the enquirer.
Suppliers and proposed cooperation
Describe the material, service or technology concerned and the purpose of the proposed discussion.
Use the Services directory to identify the technical subject. Do not assume that a listed subject represents an operating production or laboratory capability.
Documentation and confidentiality
Identify the requested record, exact presentation and country. The existence and releasability of a requested document require separate assessment.
Keep confidential formulations, proprietary technical files, patient information and payment details out of an initial message. Where necessary, agree an appropriate channel and confidentiality terms before exchanging protected information.
Contact and conduct
Email [email protected] or use the Contact form.
Submission does not create a contract, partnership, appointment or non-disclosure agreement. No response deadline is promised.
Concerns about improper dealings or misuse of the company’s identity may be raised through Business conduct and reporting.
Safety matters
Send medical occurrences through Adverse-event reporting and defects or recall correspondence through Product-quality concerns.
