Lawful use
Visitors may read, link to and use website information for lawful personal, professional, academic or institutional purposes, subject to applicable rights and the Terms of use.
Access does not confer permission to use the company’s identity, represent it, or obtain access to non-public records.
Prohibited conduct
Do not:
- impersonate the company, a regulator, healthcare professional or another person;
- submit fraudulent, malicious or unlawfully disclosed material;
- introduce malware or interfere with availability or integrity;

Automated access
Ordinary search-engine indexing and non-disruptive reference use are permitted subject to applicable law, published technical controls and intellectual-property rights.
Permission to read public pages is not permission to enumerate protected resources, exploit vulnerabilities or conduct intrusive testing. Obtain express authorisation before security testing that goes beyond ordinary use.
Submissions
Provide only information necessary for the enquiry or report. Do not send passwords, payment details or information belonging to another person without a lawful basis.
A suspected problem may be reported without certainty about its cause. Distinguish observations from assumptions and avoid unnecessary personal accusations or disclosures.
Protective measures
Access may be restricted or rate-limited to protect the service. Relevant records may be preserved where permitted or required by law. These measures do not remove applicable privacy duties or lawful reporting rights.
Reporting and changes
Send misuse concerns to [email protected]. For a vulnerability, follow Website security and disclosure.
This policy may be revised from the stated effective date. It does not create authority to test third-party systems or waive mandatory rights.
