Scope of this notice
This notice provides a route for reporting barriers on the English website. It makes no claim of audited conformance or independent accessibility certification.
Accessibility can be affected by page design, browser settings, assistive technology and third-party components.
Reporting a barrier
Email [email protected] with the subject “Website accessibility”. You may also use the Website / accessibility subject on the Contact page.
If possible, identify:
- the page or information you need;
- the task that could not be completed;
- the device, browser or assistive technology involved;
- a suitable way to reply.
A medical diagnosis or other sensitive personal information is not needed to describe a website barrier.
Alternatives to the form
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. If the check or another form control prevents access, use the public email address.
Written correspondence may also be sent to the registered office in the Legal notice. Requests for another way to receive particular website information may be made through either route.
Images, documents and external services
Image alternatives should describe meaningful content without adding claims about company facilities or product approval.
External platforms control their own accessibility. Report a problem with information supplied by the company even if it is encountered through an external link.
Changes and privacy
Accessibility feedback is handled as correspondence under the Privacy notice.
This notice may be revised as the website changes. It does not limit mandatory accessibility duties or any right to raise a concern with a competent authority.
