Protected material
Website materials are protected only to the extent that applicable rights subsist. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holder.
Ownership of each image element, scientific term or product name is a separate rights question from its publication. This notice makes no claim that the company’s name or logo is a registered trademark.
Generic medicine names, factual identifiers and public legal information must be distinguished from original text, design, artwork and other protected expression.
Reference use
You may link to public pages and make reasonable reference copies for lawful purposes, subject to applicable rights. Lawful quotation, criticism, regulatory reporting and other statutory exceptions remain available.
Keep quotations accurate and preserve qualifications needed to understand them. Do not present website material as a licence, product authorisation or evidence of a relationship with the company.
Permission and branding
Use beyond what applicable law permits may require permission from the relevant rights holder.
Do not use the company’s name, logo or packaging appearance to impersonate it, suggest an appointment or authenticate an item. Visibility on the website does not confer a right to manufacture or supply a product.
Product images
Packaging images are not authentication references. A copied image, name, code or visual resemblance does not establish lawful origin, composition or registration.
Reports concerning suspicious products should follow the Authenticity notice. Rights concerns about the image itself may be sent through the route below.
Rights concerns
Email [email protected] with the page address, the material concerned, the right claimed, your relationship to that right and the action requested.
Provide enough information to understand the concern without disclosing unnecessary personal information. Supporting authority may be requested before protected material or records are released.
Changes
This notice may change as website material changes. It does not expand rights beyond applicable law or limit the powers of a competent authority.
