Written requests may be addressed to the company at Shop No. 2F-60, Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone, Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia.
These routes reach the company. They do not constitute an independent privacy office or supervisory authority.
Information to include
Describe the information or interaction concerned, the approximate date and the outcome requested. Use the email address previously used for correspondence where practicable.
State if you act for another person. Do not initially send a passport, complete identity document, payment details or additional sensitive information.
Information necessary to verify identity or authority may be requested before information is disclosed or changed. Verification must be proportionate to the sensitivity and risk of the request.
Types of request
You may ask what personal information is held, seek correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, or raise a concern about how information is used or retained.
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, statutory rights may also include restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority.
Requests are considered under the law applicable to the information and processing concerned. Listing a right here does not mean that it applies identically to every visitor.
Limits and deadlines
Deletion or disclosure can be limited by applicable legal requirements, the rights of others or a valid requirement to preserve particular records.
A refusal or limitation must have a basis permitted by applicable law. Where the law requires an explanation, response period or review route, that requirement applies. This notice does not extend a statutory deadline.
Withdrawal of consent affects processing relying on that consent. It does not automatically require deletion of records that must be held on another lawful basis.
International requests
Foreign privacy law can apply depending on establishment, relevant activities, targeting, monitoring or other statutory conditions. Mere access from another country does not resolve that question.
Where useful, identify the jurisdiction relevant to your request. You need not provide a legal argument merely to raise a privacy concern.
Complaints and changes
You may contact the company through the routes above. Where applicable law provides a complaint or judicial route, you may use it directly without first obtaining the company’s permission.
