Public access
The website can be read from different countries. Access does not establish that the company has permission to manufacture, market, advertise, import or supply a medicine in the visitor’s country.
The company’s current pharmaceutical status is set out in Regulatory information.
A product record is not a cross-border supply offer or evidence that a visitor may lawfully obtain or use a product.
Different regulatory questions
Requirements can depend on the substance, presentation, activity, audience and destination. Controlled-drug status, prescription classification, product authorisation and advertising permission are separate matters.
An approval in one country or held by another organisation cannot be assumed to cover the company or another presentation.
ASEAN cooperation does not create a general company licence, region-wide product registration or unrestricted advertising permission.
International communications
A professional audience description or private enquiry does not remove the need to assess applicable restrictions.
The website must not be used to circumvent controls on medicines, controlled substances, customs, trade or personal information. Responsibility cannot be transferred entirely to an enquirer by a website disclaimer.
Language selection does not determine which law applies.
Governing law and courts
Cambodian law governs the Terms of use and, to the extent legally effective, related non-contractual matters. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Cambodia may determine disputes.
This does not exclude another court’s mandatory jurisdiction or a non-waivable right available under applicable law. A separate agreement may contain provisions applicable to that agreement.
Privacy and other mandatory protections
Foreign law can apply where its territorial scope or other conditions are met. The website does not claim universal compliance or waive applicable foreign obligations.
The Privacy notice and Privacy rights and requests explain the public routes for personal-information matters.
Enquiries and changes
For a jurisdiction-specific enquiry, email [email protected], identifying the country, exact record or proposed activity and purpose of the request.
A reply does not replace advice from a suitably qualified professional or a decision of the competent authority. This notice may change from its stated effective date.
